Xcell fitness is a great gym . It has state of art equipment , friendly staff, spa like rest areas and outstanding trainers. Michael Carroll epitomizes all one would want in a trainer . Friendly and kind , caring and understanding , and directive in the goals I expressed . He is a star in the gym and I’m grateful I could work with him. He pushed me just the right amount and ignored my sighing and eye rolls in my “I can’t do this moments” and yet always did. He was extremely sensitive to and aware of my physical limitations and always pivoted if something started to hurt . Xcell Fitness is lucky to have him . I was able to purchase a trainer plan for the 6 weeks I was there to work with him and it was soo worth it . I look forward to returning f to Xcell next time I’m Back on Marco Island!!!
It’s always a pleasure exercising at Xcel Fitness on Marco Island while visiting during January and February. The staff, equipment, and cleanliness are EXCEPTIONAL!!! A special nod to Karin Gsell - she never stops moving, always cleaning equipment and assisting members!
I’ve used my trainer Mike Carroll for 3 1/2 weeks and I’ve been working out my entire life. I’ve never gotten quicker results. He’s provided me with his program. I would highly recommend him! He’s extremely professional and he’s a great guy.!
I come to Marco once a year to visit family and this is a great gym with day passes. They have every piece of equipment you could need and they are always friendly and welcoming.
Friendly staff, very clean! Up to date equipment and some unusual things as well. Don't see too many places with battle ropes. Reasonbly priced as well. Highly recommended!
