Mark and his team are extraordinary they use holistic approaches so that our family , fur babies and our planet earth can stay safe while our homes are Pest free. My family and I have been customers of Xact Natural Pest Management for many years. Their service is above and beyond any other. They are professional, courteous and dependable in every way. Monica is personable and efficient. She makes sure any concern is handled properly and timely. Mark is extremely knowledgeable and will personally, be hands-on at our house to see that any pest problem is taken care of properly and thoroughly without the use of harmful chemicals. We wouldn’t choose anyone else to keep the unwanted pests away safely & naturally. Our family is in great hands with Xact Natural Pest Management.
Their service is very good in that you wont have roaches or theyll be dead but really they just set a bunch of roach and ant traps everywhere after doing the initial setup.....However they are a lot more expensive than everyone else, and require annual payment up front which is crazy! When we requested quarterly payments AFTER 10 years of being a loyal customer they basically told us to go elsewhere. We recommended them to everyone we know over the years because they use all non toxic products but they clearly just dont care about loyalty and good customers. Its a shame.

I highly recommend this company. I was initially hesitant having to pay the annual fee upfront, but after seeing the work that goes into the initial visit, I understood. They are very professional, show up on time every time, office can always be reached and the owner is extremely knowledgeable. Their system is effective and most important, it is safe.
