This is what happens when, for some reason, our dumpsters were swapped out and replaced with units that had large holes in the bottom. After weeks of complaints, management had to push just to get a replacement approved, and even then Waste Management is only replacing one of the two damaged dumpsters. To make matters worse, Waste Management has refused to clean up the garbage and waste that leaked onto the ground as a result of their damaged equipment. Residents have been left dealing with the odors, unsanitary conditions, and mess created by these dumpsters. Due to the ongoing health and sanitation concerns, I have filed an official complaint with the Florida Department of Health against Waste Management and requested that the situation be investigated. This should never have been allowed to continue for this long, and the affected area should be properly cleaned and sanitized once the dumpsters are replaced. Bellamar at Beachwalk deserves better!

Over a decade and the service is falling off a cliff. I have a private medical practice that I run with 4 staff and they picked up everything on the rare occasion there was an additional trash it was always double 4 mil bagged so I made it easy to grab and last week - after about 6 months of complaining about anything from placement of the bin to having to call just to get it picked up at all, many missed weeks - then yesterday we call as it has been sitting there 5 days and we were told it was happening ‘tomorrow’ thrice. Well this gen gets on the phone and feeds me a line about how they already came and emptied it (I was looking in it 5 mins prior at this point starting to rot) - and he tells me after I call him out that they didn’t actually pick it up because there were bags on the side of the bin. My double bagged bag extra trash from them missing the week before. I use Waste Pros at my other businesses and let me tell you no pun intended WM is garbage there is no comparison now I have my own truck bed full of rotting trash. This company misses weeks, lies right to me then walks it back and finds another place to throw the game, now I’m doing my own trash because of this absurd negligent treatment. Furious.

1hour and thirty minutes on hold to reach a person to place a dumpster order because the website would not allow me to order a dumpster. Nice people on phone however once dumpster was ordered with locking bar and which office space to be placed by dumpster arrived two days after due date and when it arrived it was close to but not on dumpster pad and not what we ordered - Not sure what all this is costing my company but I’ve never had this many steps to a process go wrong. Even by accident at least one thing should had gone at least right.

The service has improved significantly but there are still occasions where my containers are not emptied due to the truck route around the cul de sac. The problem is that the pick up arm is on the right side and my trash containers are on the left. The truck goes around the circle but they forget to stop and back up to make the pickup.
