Worst call center in the U.S. Automated, limited and hangs up during the call or gives you a 30 minute “wait time.” When trash or recyclables aren’t picked up on your street…no response…crickets. So the elderly haul their already full cans back to the house to overflow for another week. Poor customer service. Not a one time occurrence.
Waste Management refuses to pickup our trash for the last 3 months. The Community has placed something that is causing truck not to reverse enough. I get that is a problem, but it is not caused by us, the customer paying for service. Speak with them to resolve, but in the meantime my trash needs to be picked up. WM wants us to illegally place our garbage cans in our neighbors driveway/property to make his job easier. Instead of simply having to exit his truck to solve this problem for the time being he refuses so that this issue continues. Such a lazy & rude employee. Most TERRIBLE service I've ever experienced. Speaking with them is like talking to a wall.
Please inform/covet your drivers that residential property (communities) are NOT your drivers' personal toilet! And YES they were seen leaving their trash pick up vehicle parked along side the entry and going into the bushes! There is NO garbage or trash bins in there!
No problem with pick up at all. The driver destroyed my mail box today (I have it on security camera) with the claw on the truck and didn't stop or anything. He drove forward with the claw still down. Trash can was in the same spot I've put it for the last 15 years. Tried to call, the automated system is terrible. When I finally got to someone in town they hung up. Called back and went through the terrible automated again. By the time I got through it was 12:01 and they were closed. Thanks for the afternoon project to repair/replace my property
Our pick up day was Saturday they never pick up our trash, i call customer service to report that they did not collect the trash ( I call five time in three days) , the lady on the phone said i made a ticket and they will arrive soon ( LIE!!!!!!) They not come back until our next pick up time!!
