Andy, Your Company did our Florida Room in 2015, & this year double entry doors. Both times you and Steve have worked with us. I am really writing this not only to thank you, but to tell you the installer Jon was just terrific!!! Clean Work, Careful , Courteous… I know how quickly someone will take the time to complain about an employee or a business but not so much when it’s a compliment. Thank you for another Great Experience!!!!

Windows Plus uses PGT product windows and they are well made and very substantial. This is a good product and the end result looks good. PGT products are the best! I am not sure where in South Florida that the local manufacturing plant is located; but I have every confidence that these windows are ready for anything that Florida hurricanes can throw at them. We have lived here in this house that we designed and had built back in 1992; and the PGT windows are a huge great improvement over the poorly designed Alcan windows that were provided by our builder! Having said all these well-deserved favorable comments about the PGT impact-resistant product windows; I now turn my attention to Windows Plus who has this website and is the local provider. My experience was not good at all! Hence---great windows product, but I warn you about Windows Plus!! The salesperson for me was a Mr. Chris White--who you will find to be very affable but pays poor attention to detail or communication with the customer! He never discussed with me that the removal of the old Alcan windows was going to necessitate tearing out the house stucco and exterior painted walls around the edges of four large exterior front windows so that the PGT windows could be caulked into place!! It also TOOK FOREVER to get in the windows because white framed windows were ordered when my house requires black frames. When the right color windows finally came in; the installation crew was here and they removed one very large interior Hunter-Douglas Silhouette shades; and left them on the bedroom carpet! Two of the windows had come in with the incorrect side type for my house; and had to be returned and reordered which took more weeks. Therefore I was left no shades or privacy for the front bedroom windows. AND there was no discussion of ANY of this from Mr. Chris White!! Fortunately I had some visqueen in the garage and was able to improvise. When the remaining PGT windows arrived a good installation was done; but the masonry on outside of the house was badly scarred. Thank God that I have two excellent handymen who were able to successfully match the outside paint and do the exterior masonry repair. They also were able to reinstall my silhouette blinds on the inside. CHRIS WHITE discussed NONE of this-----altho it was in the fine print in my contract that I WOULD HAVE TO PAY for exterior masonry repair! These repairs cost in excess of $1K! BUT THAT'S NOT ALL FOLKS!!! CHRIS WHITE never discussed with me; so I now have these high quality PGT Windows in a DARK BLUE tint matched up to my house exterior color that is in orangey beiges (looks odd with the blinds closed)! They would not even replace the center large screen that I had requested due to minor installation damage! Therefore---conclusion---> PGT windows are great!!! But STAY AWAY from Chris White and Windows Plus--> because they are totally totally UNRESPONSIVE----and the salesman is cavalier and does not care about YOU!! The most I heard from customer care at Windows Plus was a pointed conversation to make DAMN SURE that they got paid since I did not pay them on the installation day due to some of these concerns. Of course they will delete this truthful e-mail from their Facebook page---but no worries---I have saved it and will see that these comments appear in reviews elsewhere!!

We had a great experience working with Crystal, Andy, Rob and Beth at Windows Plus Fort Myers. We went through Ian without Hurricane windows and knew we needed to get new windows just in case another one came. Windows Plus was recommended by a friend and we met with them once before we left for the summer. Almost everything was done over the phone and through email. Our home watch guy let them in and supervised and the was super impressed with their professionalism and clean up. We order new PGT bronze insulated low E Hurricane windows and sliders and a new Therma Tru Hurricane front door. Their prices were are very competitive. We ordered in the beginning of July 2024 all new windows and sliders came in August and were installed in August, front door a few weeks later and Lee County final inspection was done in September a few weeks before Helene and Milton. I felt so much better knowing we were protected. Highly recommend Windows Plus!

Windows Plus was recommended to me, word of mouth, by a friend whose condo association on FMB also used the company post Hurricane Ian. I called and was pleasantly surprised at the low cost, high quality and minimal time to have my windows ordered and replaced. I had previously received much higher estimates with a much longer time wait and basically signed the contract via email. 12 weeks later I have beautiful windows with expert replacement. No hassles and passed inspection with flying colors. Don’t waste your time!! Windows Plus is the way to go! ❤️

I've had my PGT windows since 2013. Impacted windows. They are wonderful and I love them! Windows Plus has always been available to assist me with any concerns. Their service is great and I would highly recommend them!
