We happened to come up Wayne Wiles after getting ignored at Hadinger's. We are so happy we met Debbie, she was professional, knowledgeable and helped us select the perfect Mohawk Everstrand carpet that fit our budget. Debbie stayed in contact with us while the carpet was ordered and helped schedule the install. She sent us Aldo's install team and Louis and Huntington did an clean, outstanding job! We are so pleased with the final product. Thank you Debbie for making our 10 year old Townhome look new again!
Visited the showroom to get some ideas about tile and met with Dalton with met with professionalism and a happy attitude! He was willing to help me get the best price for my new flooring and I couldn’t have been happier with the service and attitude from this salesman if your ever at Wayne wiles I’d highly recommend asking for Dalton reed to get the best experience
We are in what we hope are the final weeks of our new home build. Our beautiful tile selections did not have the installation go as planned. The GM, sales team and operations of Wayne Wiles took our concerns seriously and to heart and immediately changed course and are making everything perfect. I highly recommend this company. They stand by their word and their products.
Wayne wiles came to fix grout in my new build for a warranty project. The guy who came out used my water spigot (without asking), but honestly, didn’t mind that much. Went out to use my hose to water my new sod and realized he was dumping grout from his bucket in my brand new mulch bed. For any new customers, I wouldn’t use a company who is so careless. Now I’m going to have to replace this entire section of my landscaping as it’s coming up like solid grout/brick. Photos attached.
Having transplanted to FL from NC, we found our home within two months and when we made the purchase, the home had new carpet. Not carpet we may have chosen, but new carpet nonetheless. Couple months ago we finally decided to part with our "not so new" carpet and tile a portion of our home and re-carpet all of the bedrooms. This is when and how Wayne Wiles Flooring and Carpeting comes into play. Our sales person, Mike, was great from our initial meeting, measuring and follow up chats. We love the new tile and appreciate having all of our bedrooms match with carpet you love to walk barefoot on. Our job's supervisor was great, all installers we're friendly and professional, along with knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. All in all, A+.
