Everything starts from the first phone call, and I will tell you everyone there is nice. I wll tell you that Mike did an amazing job making sure that the job was started and completed. Stephannie at CS-109 she was also just a pivitable in getting my request complete, there was very speedy and curtious responces. The rubber hits the road when you get with the sight supervisor, Jay. I can not say enough about this man he did everything he said he would very quickly. The very best in customer service for sure!!!

We’ve had such a great experience with this waste service! They’re always reliable, and the team, specifically Elton, is incredibly kind. Every Wednesday my toddler is so excited to see “trash truck” and Elton always goes out of his way to wave and honk for him which absolutely makes my son’s day. It’s such a small gesture, but it means so much. Truly appreciate their friendliness and great service!

Jay and the truck driver Rubio (spell check - sorry) came out today and assessed where to put a dumpster on our property. It had previously been in a spot that is getting way too soft. They were very thorough in their assessment of where it would be better placed. They communicated directly with me and came up with a great plan and put it into effect on the spot! No delays at all. Much appreciated. Impeccable on site customer service!
