I have been going to Von& Co for a few years now. Mary Ellis has a background in dermatology as she worked before Von at Kirsch Dermatology. She has been doing my facials now since Von opened. I find her to be incredibly knowledgeable about skin care. She evaluates my skin every time to determine what I need. She takes her time to properly give a great facial including all the steps necessary. I highly recommend her.

I had an excellent experience at Von & Co. I came in for Moxi + BBL treatment and was honestly blown away by how professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming the entire team was from start to finish. As a guy, I really appreciated how comfortable and approachable the environment felt — elevated and professional without feeling overly feminine or intimidating. They took the time to explain everything clearly, made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment, and the studio itself is beautiful and extremely well run. I also appreciated that the approach felt very personalized and never pushy. You can tell this is a physician-led team that genuinely cares about delivering a great experience to everyone. Highly recommend!

I got Botox from Emily about a week ago! My results are incredible but I would love to take a moment to appreciate Emily! She was super kind and honest about my treatment and what I would need which was incredible! She made sure I got everything I wanted and helped me hunt down a coupon for the most savings! I’ve been getting Botox for years and have never had such a friendly experience! The spa is gorgeous and super clean, exactly what you would hope for, I will absolutely be back and be referring any friends, family and coworkers who are looking for Botox!

Hi, I wanted to provide some honest feedback regarding my recent service experience. I understand the Hydrafacial machine was broken, and I appreciated being informed that the treatment would instead be performed manually. Unfortunately, the overall experience still felt disappointing and lacked the level of care and hospitality I was expecting. I sat in the room for about 10 minutes waiting before the service started, despite it only taking a couple of minutes to change and get ready. From there, the entire treatment felt rushed, except during the periods where I was simply left sitting with a face mask on and under the blue light machine. There was a significant amount of downtime that felt wasted, and it seemed like missed opportunities to enhance the overall experience. Lymphatic drainage may have been performed lightly, but it was not explained, so I genuinely could not tell what was being done throughout much of the service. There was also mention of a light massage for the arms and décolletage, but that was essentially nonexistent — maybe a few weak passes and no arm massage at all. Additionally, no extractions were performed, and there was very little communication or education during the facial regarding the products, techniques, or purpose behind each step. During the long periods with the mask and light therapy, I expected more intentional relaxation elements or massage work to elevate the experience rather than simply sitting in silence while time passed. Most importantly, I did not feel especially welcomed or appreciated as a client. Rather than feeling cared for and guided through a luxury service experience, I unfortunately felt somewhat judged and uncomfortable. That was disappointing, especially because I get facials regularly and was genuinely hoping to find a new place I could consistently return to. Overall, I would rate the experience around a 3 out of 5. I wanted to share this feedback constructively because I do think there is a lot of opportunity to improve the client experience through better communication, attentiveness, and overall hospitality.

Jessica was my provider today. She is absolutely wonderful. This was my first time going to her and she really took the time to listen to what I wanted for my injections. She gave me very realistic expectations of what the appointment was going to look like. She also gave me the prices for the service up front, so there would be no shock value when checking out. That is a rare combo to find in aesthetics. I will absolutely be going back to Jessica for whatever my future needs are.
