Jeff arrived right on time, was both friendly and polite. He did a thorough check on our HVAC which wasn't working properly. Then gave us a good report on his findings. Fee for the service was very reasonable! I would not hesitate to recommend either Jeff or Venice Heating & Cooling.
Rob was our tech and he was great. Came out initially and gave us an estimate and walked us through how he would install our hot water heater and what size/type he would recommend. Very tight unusual space. He was thorough, honest and straightforward. Great experience with the office and work. I would definitely use him and Venice Cooling, Heating, and Plumbing again
Rob came out to connect our gas stove and did it fast like a pro. He tested everything to make sure there were no leaks and all worked. It was a small job and the price matched that, no big call-out or diagnostic charge. Very happy with their service and the price was great. I will use them again when needed.
I called yesterday to make an appointment and they told me Monday. They called me earlier this morning to say they can come today Sunday at 10am. The house was 81° so I was so happy. The house is nice and cold now. Thank you very much and the technician name was Adam Collins.
