This company employee parked its vehicles on property not belonging to their clients. Their client insisted the grass across the street from their 5 mil home (in City of Naples) was “ public parking”. Ludicrous ! I phoned Vanderbilt Maids & spoke with the owner, followed up by call later that evening from the husband of the owner, all kind and courteous. 3 stars for the business owner who accepted the concerns of neighbors. Promises have been made, their employees hopefully will park in their customers gigantic driveway and not across the street anymore.

As of this review writing it has been only two cleanings and we are quite satisfied. The ladies have been very polite, detailed oriented and very professional. They will ask a question before making a bad decision and that is true professionalism. Our home looks great and I have high hopes for this to continue. We've had quite a few services over the past eighteen months and Vanderbilt Maids are what we have been looking for. Keep up the good work.

We could not be happier with the team at Vanderbilt Maids. Tammy and her team are first class, diligent, hardworking and friendly. I would highly recommend them to any homeowner in the Naples area. Having lived all over Europe and now the US I can say that they are top class providers.

This is our second time using Vanderbilt Maids. I could ditto everything I wrote the first time as we are once again thrilled at the beautiful job Tammy and her crew did. We were away for the day, and they came and once again made our home sparkle ✨! When we arrived home, we could smell the freshness and noticed immediately how lovely everything looked. They pay great attention to detail - all the bathrooms and the kitchen look brand new. Our floors look so like they were just installed and our tables with glass tops look as though they just came from a showroom. And it isn’t easy to clean the glass tops! My only unfulfilled wish is that they were also in Pennsylvania so they could clean our home there, too. Thank you, Tammy, for making our home so clean and beautiful. ❤️👍🏻

Our home looks beautiful! They took their time with each room and made every space feel fresh and clean. Would definitely recommend Vanderbilt Maids
