Universal Contracting did an excellent job repairing a leak on my standing seam metal roof. Geoff Wheat was professional, knowledgeable, and made the process easy from start to finish. The repair was done quickly and with great attention to detail, and I feel confident knowing the issue was taken care of the right way. I had Chris Bates come to assess the roof damage, we are very pleased with her as she went above and beyond to keep us update on the process. She is a blessing , At a time when we are all struggling from the storm. I am excited to see the outcome of the replacement of my roof!! Thank you again, Chris! I will definitely add photos when the job is complete. Thank you again, universal contracting for having such an amazing person work for you. Within a week’s turnaround of my original post, my shingles are on. I am happy with my new roof just waiting for my facia and soffit , to complete the look. Thank you again, universal. Wanted to give an update on my completed, soffets facia and my roof. I am very pleased would definitely recommend thank you again !!@chrisbates and @ universal contracting . And John who did replace my soffits and facia amazing job hard worker. Cannot ask for more.

A Universal Contractor company truck (pictured below) hit my pregnant wife's car at an intersection, and did not stop and drove off. We have called the office several times about the hit and run by their company truck. The receptionist promised management would call us back, which never happened. I believe this is relevant for potential customers to be aware of because if I was hiring expensive contractors to work on my home, or especially inside my house, I would want to know they were principled or had any level of ethics. We could not get anyone from management to even speak with us regarding a hit and run in a company vehicle, to even apologize. There is no way I would trust them to operate with integrity when hired.

We recently had Universal Contracting replace our roof with a beautiful new concrete tile roof, and the entire experience was outstanding. Our project manager, Geoff Wheat, was fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer questions. He made the process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The crew’s workmanship was top-notch, and they kept the job site clean every day. The new roof not only looks amazing but gives us complete peace of mind knowing it was done right. I highly recommend Universal Contracting and especially Geoff Wheat for anyone needing a quality roofing project done right the first time.

I highly recommend them for all of your roofing needs! I had my roof replacement completed and the salesman was fantastic and very helpful and honest! The production team was on time and the crew was very clean with picking up after themselves. Added a completed picture of our metal roof upgrade! 10/10 recommended!
