Can’t thank Jim and Jacob at United Plumbing of SWFL enough!! Water Heater went out Thursday night and Friday afternoon Jacob arrived ready to diagnose and fix. Customer service was amazing from the receptionist who called to book the appointment as well as when Jacob was on the property doing the work. Great communication, highly reliable. Amazing quality work all around, extremely fair pricing with high quality service and I will ONLY be using United Plumbing for any plumbing needs from here on out. Thank you United Plumbing of SWFL!

David did a great job and for that I give him a 5 star. The 3 star is for the billing method for the work. There is a trip charge that became part of my bill even though the work was done on the visit. The second issue was paying for him to pick up parts not on his service truck ($152 per hour). Not happy about a $900 bill to reset/restore one toilet. Still waiting for my itemized bill as well.

We had a plumbing issues with the toilet not flushing - it was a very old plumbing system and old tank. Jacob took care of it within a reasonable amount of time and got the unit running. I have been doing business with United Plumbing for 3 years now and they are the best***** Great plumbers working for them and quality and prompt service all the time. I would highly recommend them As a businessman I would love to meet the owner and exchange his idea of how he runs his business so successfully. Keep it up, my friend! You are on the right track! Travis and Mike did an amazing job of bypassing a blockage in a sewer main. They stayed until the job was finished and they confirmed that the problem was solved to our satisfaction. Great Jon gentlemen!!
