Called them to get rid of my old car that wasn’t in selling condition! There were there within 24 hours of me calling! I got a check same day it was picked up! Chris came and got it with no problems! Chris was also very professional and friendly! I would recommend using them for sure!

Chris P was by far one of the best guys I’ve seen towing. Such a likeable person that is there to get the job done and not play any games. Even in the hot sun he made sure to help get my car on the tow and the money in my pocket so I wouldn’t have to suffer this Florida heat. Unlike himself he was prepared with a smile on his face to beat that Florida sun. Ray the manager wasn’t far a blessing. Gave me a great price for my 98 crown Victoria. Way more than what I expected to get. If I know of anyone looking to salvage a vehicle at the highest rate I’m definitely giving u pull and saves number!!!! Peace and love to everyone there!!!!
Thomas, the technician who came to pick up my car, was excellent. He made the whole process easy and stress free. Everything was handled smoothly, and the pickup itself was quick and efficient. He was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. Earlier in the process, I spoke with Sam around 8:00 AM, and he was also very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I appreciated his attitude and clear communication. That said, my experience with a couple of the other office staff members was not as positive. When I called to check on the ETA, the interactions felt rushed and came across as somewhat rude. It made an otherwise smooth experience feel a bit inconsistent. Overall, the actual pickup service was great thanks to Thomas, but there’s room for improvement in customer service on the phone.
Kamal, Rob, and Thomas were wonderful and nice people to work with. It was very easy from the beginning to the end when they came to get the cars. Thank you for making this experience easy for us. The other positive reviews must be true.
