Found a flying termite and a small one outside my house. Freaked out. Had a GREAT experience with TN tho. Sent request online. Got back to me next day. Scheduled for me via email and then they came out the next day. Israel looked ALL over my house and outside, even braved my attic in this heat. Found nothing wrong! Gave me suggestions for what to do to help protect my home further. Thank you so much guys. You really put me at ease and I'm excited to be a forever customer.

Update 12/1: After my initial review, Eddie S. reached out to me and heard me out regarding the issues we’d had with service and assured me he would work to correct the issues we’d been having and to not have it happen again. He came out the next day with Peter and did a full inspection of the house and came out several more times to check our traps and make sure our issues were finally resolved. I’m very happy with the professionalism & how everything has been handled this time around. I hate to have to leave such a low review because their customer service is really great. However, it’s been like pulling nails to get actual consistent service throughout the time of my contract with them. I previously had the same issue in 2022/2023 and didn’t renew, but when our house got reinfested in December 2024 I decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately it’s been all of the same issues and we are still getting rodents in our home 11 months later.
Nathaniel Ullom this person gives me the best services ever he did a grate job in my house i have a lot of roach and he sprayed out really good I will really appreciate all of the good work that Nathaniel ullom did in our house I hope you really gratified him for his great service he was the best ever this is my first experience and that all I can said I was very happy with the service.!!
I love our new service rep! I thought my life was over when Aaron moved! But your selection for his replacement is outstanding! He has called and left several messages! I apologize that I was in Arkansas for a month! Please advise him of my great satisfaction!!!
