I want to sincerely thank Mike for his outstanding professionalism, kindness and exceptional customer service. I needed to find flooring for my bedroom to match the floor that I already have in the rest of the house and Mike help me to find a tile that match perfectly. I am very happy with the results. The process was very smooth and quick. I highly recommend Mike and Tropic Floors for all your floors needs.
I recently had 3 bedrooms switched from carpet to porcelain tile. The job turned out utterly awesome and I am very happy with the results. The craftsmanship of the installer was impeccable and his attention to detail was amazing. There was one hiccup though, after removing the carpet it was found that the tile in the rest of my house had been laid on a cement base. This meant that the new tile had to be raised to be at the same level (aka extra cost). In addition, there was a strip of the original tile that ran through the Master Bedroom into the Master Bath that had to be demolished. When the installer demolished it, he had the slider in the back and the slider in the garage open creating a breeze. This brought cement dust and debris all throughout my home getting into and onto EVERYTHING!!!!! AND I DO MEAN EVERYTHING!!!! ANOTHER ADDITIONAL COST and inconvenience to get everything professionally cleaned. What a nightmare!!!! But in the end, after a long, long journey, down long dusty roads - it was worth it - and the workmanship is impeccable!
Everything from beginning to end was excellent service. Taylor in the show room was very helpful and attentive. When they came to install our flooring (we had just one room done) it was completed in an hour and looks amazing 🤩 So happy with our purchase and we thank you all for your help!
Mike, Mario and the installation team at Tropic Floors did an outstanding job replacing every square foot of flooring in our home. They worked with us to find the perfect tile to give our Florida home a seamless look over the entire 1500 sq. ft. They recommended the optional "dustless" tile removal system and it was worth it. The cleanup was far easier than other tiling jobs we've had done. Caio and his installation team were true professionals in installing the new plank tiles. The leveling system Mike recommended worked like a charm. The floor looks nearly pool table flat. They also replaced our master bath shower bed and flooring and it looks great. Great job Tropic Floors! 2026 We turned to Tropic Floors again when we needed a fast and affordable LVP flooring solution to another home we owned. Mike was very helpful in showing us a line that would do the trick. The installation team met our very tight schedule ensuring the home could be listed asap. Thanks in large part to the beautiful floor, the home sold in one day. Thanks Tropic Floors!
We recently had our whole home floored with LVP. Mike and his crew are the best. The crew was courteous, accommodating, and professional. They were easy to have in our home during the process. I usually don’t like doing big projects like this, because it’s such a hassle. This was not the case with Tropic Floors. We highly recommend using this local company for your flooring needs!
