This is the absolute best place to get rocks for any artist!!! Came to get stones and Santorini tiles to paint and the employees were all so helpful! It was 90°and the shade over the rocks helped, and giving me and my daughter cold water was so kind. Thank you i will be back!!!!
The selection of items has gotten a lot smaller. People working in the office are not friendly. It's like you are inconveniencing them when you are paying for your purchase. Very unfriendly. The guys working in yard are pretty careless of customers the way they drive around the lot. Shopping here this year was a disappointment. It was much better there prior years. Not sure what has changed, but it's rather disappointing.
ABSOLUTELY APPALLING! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT consider shopping here! The incompetence and sheer disregard for customer satisfaction displayed by these people is beyond belief. We made the grave mistake of ordering what was supposed to be pristine white charcoal, only to be slapped in the face with dark, dingy industrial grey pavers! Can you imagine? Initially, based on a picture they, themselves, thought it might have been a simple mislabeling error on their part. But, oh no, they walked that back, and they had the gall to insist that what we received was, in fact, correct. They've deceived us in such a blatant manner! It is crystal clear to anyone with a functioning pair of eyes – IT'S NOT WHITE CHARCOAL! This review is a testament to the utter disappointment and frustration we experienced dealing with these inept individuals. STAY AWAY if you value your sanity and integrity!
Not very customer friendly. Is it worth losing a customer that has spent thousands in the past year over a $13 pallet return? After the outside workers confirmed the pallet was theirs and was in good condition, they wouldn't refund the pallet deposit because it was over 30 days. Won't be going back!
