We recently had a large install from TPI. They installed railings on a large deck, a large front porch, two balconies, and two large staircases. They also screened in two of the porch areas. Through every step they were very professional and communicative. They worked with us around our timeline as we had construction to complete prior to their install. The on-site work was top notch! Our screens are tighter than a banjo string and every one of our neighbors has made a point to tell us how beautiful our railings are. I would 100% recommend TPI over and over.

Outstanding company. They originally installed our pool cage in April, for our new home. We had damage from Ian. I told our insurance adjuster that I’ll trust him to get sub contractors for some of the small damages, but I wanted TPI for the pool cage. Their crew was great and just finished up and it looks good as new. Dalton and office staff are also top notch. I highly recommend. UPDATE… This company is the absolute best! I had a screen that I noticed was loose on an edge. I called Dalton and it was fixed within a week. Their workmanship is outstanding as is their customer service!

TPI is the worst company I have ever done business with hands down. I would give them a negotiate 5 stars if Google offered such a thing. They first built my lanai screen enclosure incorrectly and installed 90% of it before I insisted they fix and build it like we discussed during the sale agreement then when they corrected it they used the wrong hardware we agreed on all painted stainless steel and they refused to swap it out when I confronted the owner himself. Then in less than 3 months I noticed all of the connection points began turning green my enclosure is supposed to be dark bronze. Now at lest 30% of my $16K lanai enclosure is green. Not dark bronze. Finally from day one we found half of the screens lose or not even attached on one side. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY they don’t stand behind their product

Great experience from start to finish and a very reasonable price. Our salesperson Jen was always quick to respond to any questions we had and worked very well with us. The installers were very quick and efficient. We are very happy with the finished product.

We've used TPI multiple times for different needs (i.e. screen door repair, lanai roof repair) and have had great experiences every time! They are very timely and everyone has been very friendly and professional. Our favorite project was that we had them build and install a fence installed around our pool as one of our senior pugs went blind and we also foster a lot of pugs. We've had it for years--still looks brand new and gives us such peace of mind that our furry ones are safe. :-)
