We currently using Total Home Cleanings of Naples, and we couldn’t be happier! Our home looks spotless every time, but what really sets them apart is the incredible customer service. Daniel is phenomenal to work with—his response time is lightning-fast, and he is always so helpful and accommodating. With two toddlers in the house, our family often has last-minute schedule changes, and Daniel always makes it work for us without any hassle. The ladies who clean are always so friendly and kind to our kids, and they are incredibly fast and efficient. It’s rare to find a service that combines such high-quality cleaning with this level of flexibility, kindness, and professional communication. From making sure everything is spotless to handling the small but critical details—like ensuring the trash is taken in and out and even stopping by for inspections before guest arrivals—he treats every home like it’s his own. Can't be happier with the women who started cleaning my home. Whenever they come the check to make sure what I want cleaned. They are punctual, friendly and do a great job. I use Google translate to make sure we communicate well.

I called Daniel Caruso to hire Total Home Cleanings of Naples as he came highly recommended from another company that I had doing some work for me. Daniel was incredibly quick to respond to my call, get me an estimate and schedule the cleaners to be out the next day if I was ready. I hired his company to clean out my father’s home after he passed away this November 1st. The cleaners were amazing, friendly, very thorough and did everything that I had discussed ahead of time with Daniel. I had the entire house cleaned from ceiling fans to floors, inside all the kitchen cabinets, the stove, oven, refrigerator and windows inside and out! They did an excellent job and they have been my best ever experience with any cleaning company. I have tried several other companies to clean for my dad before he passed away and none of them could even come close to how great these cleaners are!!! I will absolutely be using them again and will continue to be a loyal customer. Thank you to Total Home Cleanings of Naples and Mr. Daniel Caruso!

This was the worst home cleaning service I’ve ever had. The first time the team came they did a good job but left running as if they had a fixed time to stay and clean- which then makes room for such poor cleaning. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for being the first time and s he duped the next cleaning which was so disappointing, they didn’t dust off the furniture in the living room, they didn’t mop the floor properly- removing rugs from the area. I complained to the owner - Daniel, next time he sent me a new team which was even worse, the girls were super unprofessional and in the phone all the time in my house. They barely mopped the floor, they once again didnt dust the furniture around the house, they cleaned the master bedroom and bathroom, but then once they are in your home for 1hour and 30 minutes they begin to rush and leave all things undone. I called again the owner and sent him pictures of how they didn't dust my home, and didn’t even pick up the rugs to vacuum or mop under, her offered another team but at this point I don’t even want this service. Do not hire this service, there are plenty of other cleaning companies that will do the job and clean accordingly to your preference.
