Luke was awesome! Very communicative, on schedule, amenable to design tweaks and flexible on working with pre-fab shower pan and waterproofing etc, and able to get us in and the job completed within two weeks of reaching out to him. Would absolutely work with him again!
Luke was gracious enough to stop by our home and take a look at our small, but difficult tile job in our master bathroom the same day we called. Luke and team completed a kitchen backsplash for me. From start to finish the whole team was great to work with! Luke was so responsive and we got a quote and details settled within one day! Brett did the tile work and was friendly, professional, and took pride in his craftsmanship! Based on another quote I got, I’d say their pricing is reasonable and worth it! Luke is the BEST!!! He came and did a quote and was so knowledgeable and helped with the design. My husband wanted to go with this cheaper guy and the guy started doing the tile work and I was like… “this doesn’t seem right” I sent some pictures to Luke and he said… “call me.” He talked me through the issues and what I should do. I ended up firing the other guy and hired Luke (which I wanted all along). Thankfully Luke is a very understanding person and came right in and saved the day! I love the finished product. I highly recommend tile solutions. I also recommend picking the ultra clear glass, even though it’s a little more expensive, it’s totally worth it!
