Excellent service. I love the drop off and how friendly and helpful the staff are. My shirts come impeccable every time. Highly recommend them.
My husband and I have been using Tide for 5 yrs. now. They are very good. Great staff. I love their convenience. The only problem is that they need to check the way my husband wants his shirts.
Terrible experience. Will lose your clothing. Senior management will not get involved or return a call. This location lost my shirt and blamed me. The manager of this location lost my tailored button down and claimed that I had picked it up. The staff went as far as showing me the "video that recorded me picking up the shirt, however, the camera that shows the angle of us handing it to you was out of service at that time." I insisted they may have accidentally misplaced the shirt somewhere inside the office, but they continued to tell me I picked it up. Then, later in the week, one of the employees called me to inform me they IN FACT HAD my shirt and that I was welcome to come pick it up. I wouldn't have cared about a mistake made and accidental loss of a shirt; however, the fact that the location and management REFUSED to accept responsibility and blamed ME for misplacing my shirt was grounds for taking the time to leave this review. Very disappointing service from a cleaner I've used for years. *Update: Thank you for your response…the manager you had reach out to me is the one who blamed me for losing the shirt!! The screenshot attached is the text message from her….How is that going to change anything?
I’ve been coming here for a while and they never disappoint. My clothes always look great, stains are removed, and everything is ready when promised. The staff is super nice and professional. Easily the best dry cleaner in the area.
Tide Cleaners are the absolute best Dry Cleaners in town. Everything always comes back perfect with no issues and customer service is top notch. Also absolutely LOVE that I can just pull into the drive thru. So convenient.
