Clear Instructions Ignored and Missing Items I had an expensive Pottery Barn quilt cleaned at Tide Cleaners in Naples with explicit instructions (“no brightener,” delicate cycle), and it was returned altered in color twice — even after the first issue was acknowledged and replaced. Two dress belts also went missing during cleaning; one has since been found, the other remains unaccounted for. After multiple attempts to resolve the issues, I accepted a $200 cash goodwill resolution. I would recommend confirming special care instructions and carefully reviewing items at pickup.
I have been using Ted Cleaners for years. They are the best. They tried so hard to get stains out of a good skirt of mine and cleaned it four or five times repeatedly. They have an excellent reputation and you can drop them off and pick up 24 seven at most locations.
Paid for same day service wash and fold and they shrunk and stained my clothes and a 5 year old could’ve done a better job folding it, nothing was wearable wrinkled beyond imagination my golf polos we’re even wrinkled too bad to wear, don’t believe me see the pics on this review. When we brought everything back to the location, there was not a manager or supervisor working at 9 am on Friday so the counter help called whomever on the phone and told us that nothing can be done until the supervisor/manager arrives later this afternoon.
The absolute WORST dry cleaners we’ve ever used!!!! My husband needed a button replaced on his shorts; 4 TIMES he’s had to bring them back because EVERYTIME they put a new one on, it falls off within 2 DAYS!!!!! AND besides this incompetence, they PRESS his shorts! They’ve ruined his Greg Norman shorts doing this! We even have a note on our account to not press his shorts after the first time this happened…. and we picked them up yesterday to find the button FINALLY securely sewed on, but the shorts have huge creases in AGAIN because they pressed them!!! We’ve called the manager KELSEY multiple times; now she’s not even calling us back- very unprofessional and terrible customer service
Love the store in the city Naples, and the people that work there. Polite nice and efficient. The cleaning is great.
