Tim is unbelievably accommodating! The selections are the best in town and available at prices that make everyone happy. The lead time was only a few days and he offered to store them in the warehouse for a couple weeks before I was ready. Plus he keeps his dog in the shop, so definite winner.
Great selection & EXCELLENT service! They helped us coordinate replacing storm damaged carpet with tile from 1200 miles away! Ordered the tile and installer came the same day it arrived. Installation was exceptional! Would definitely recommend and do business with again.
They went above and beyond to help create my dream bathroom, on my budget! The installers were great, not too loud, never left a mess, and always on time! The sales rep./designer came by twice to make sure the job was going well. I've already recommended them to my neighbor!
Found the floor we liked here. Had a good sales person that left after we ordered our product. We are happy with the product. We were told by the old and new service person product could be returned if unopened for a rather large restocking fee. After completion of the work they would not accept the surplus product back. Another problem was delivery when their truck broke down. We asked to talk to owner about the issue and were told no. Get all promises in writing before you buy here. Don't expect to have calls returned if you do have an issue.
Local contractor I've been working with The Tile Market of Ft Myers for many years, and my experience has always been great. They are always have been very helpful and have excellent products.
