It was my first time in the store and both Isabelle and Brittany helped me. Brittany was very sweet and helpful. Isabelle was very sweet, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back to shop for my pet’s food, toys, etc.
The Pet Food Market in Bonita Springs is hands down my favorite pet store, and it’s all because of the incredible team that works there. Brittany and Isabelle are absolutely amazing! They’re always so friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful every time I come in. They treat my dog like their own and are so sweet with every pet that walks through the door. They are honestly the dream team! The store itself is fantastic. They have a great variety of high-quality products, and I love that I can pick up Fromm dog food there. They offer lots of free samples and carry unique, local finds that you can’t get anywhere else. My absolute favorite part is the raw food bar, my dog goes absolutely crazy for it, and I feel good knowing I’m giving him something healthy and fresh. Their prices are very reasonable, the selection is great, but truly, it’s the staff that makes this place so special. Every visit feels welcoming, and every interaction reminds me why I keep coming back. If you’re looking for a pet store with heart, this is the one!
This is the best place for pet food and the staff Brittany and Isabelle are always friendly and knowledgeable.
TPFM in Bonita Springs brings me joy (and my pup) every time we visit to purchase her raw bulk food and treats! The sales people Ryan/Emma and Isabelle and all others are extremely knowledgable and helpful. We are so thankful for such an amazling pet store that really care about our pets. It’s been my go to for “all” doggy needs to sustain and keep her healthy!🩷🐶- she’s a senior but you’d never know!!!
Poor customer service did not have the product I needed looking to buy the larger bag. Unwilling to ref flexible about price to by 2 smaller bag's or even credit for reward program. At $100 A bag for 6 pounds of dog food I would’ve expected more extremely disappointed
