Purchased one of their promos for a free syringe filler. Although I paid their asking price in full, I was informed the offer is only good for 3 months. Lost the filler value as a whole. But the kicker was the advice to return in 6 months for the next syringe. Furthermore, the receptionist suggested scheduling an appointment to see if they could help me but they were unsure if they would honor their special. Unfortunately have to move on, the results of the injection were also not attractive. If you decide to come here, pay attention to the expiration dates. You might find the promo doesn't make sense because I don't need filler in 3 months
This place is the Best and Otto is top notch! I absolutely recommend seeing Otto and his staff for anything they offer. I recently had the BBL/Moxi and I have never loved my complexion more. 5 Star all the way!
Got a very pricey package a few years ago, and was left with burns, marks, etc. I was given an extra session due to this, but I felt uncomfortable every time. I kept getting more marks and burns. The technician was inexperienced, and admitted she didn’t have much experience working on darker skin. This was an absolute miss with hiring an inexperienced tech, and at the least not having safety protocols for different type of clients. They would give me a cream to apply, but for burning my skin in numerous locations, every single session? Wish I knew better than to think that was normal. I followed the directions well, shaving, keeping out of the sun, etc. I should’ve left a review years ago to warn others, but it’s still bothering me today with burn marks from years ago - wanted to warn others in case they’re in the same situation. I would not trust them with anything again.
Otto and his team are absolutely amazing and highly skilled. Every visit has been seamless from start to finish.
Dr Otto and his team are top notch. They took the time to personalize treatments and listen to my concerns. It’s a beautiful facility and I felt confident with their services and had great results.
