I am never setting foot in a Home Depot again. Today’s experience: 1. No shopping carts available in front of store except 2 that were stuck together. Rest were scattered through the parking lot, which would’ve been fine except everything was soaking wet from rain out there. I had a toddler with me, so super convenient. 2. Went to find a light bulb that I purchased here only 1.5 years ago. Brought actual bulb to identify. Couldn’t find anyone to help, so went to customer service. Was told he would call someone to electric but they may not come because they were short staffed. Again, have toddler with me - super convenient to be hanging around for an employee that might never show up. 3. Then went to paint department to have them look up my paint selections they supposedly save in the system. They had 3 out of 6, obviously none of the ones I needed either. Which is fine, because now I am Lowe’s customer.

I'm not typically someone who leaves reviews, but today I feel compelled to share my experience. Unfortunately, my visit to Home Depot was disappointing every time we go there.. We purchased a toilet on sale for $99; it looked great and was a good price, but the tank started leaking shortly after. When we went to return it, the associate assisting us was very kind (sorry, I didn’t catch her name) and directed us to the returns island. However, the staff member there was quite rude, which was upsetting. I didn’t want to deal with that person and returned to the kind associate to see if someone else could help. She kindly called over a lady named Francy, who was truly amazing. Francy helped us with patience and care until everything was resolved. Once again, thank you, Francy, and the girl at the returns desk for your kindness and support.

I had an excellent experience thanks to Robert at Home Depot. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful from start to finish. He took the time to answer all my questions, guided me to the right products, and made sure I found exactly what I needed. His customer service was outstanding, and he made the whole shopping experience easy and pleasant. Home Depot is lucky to have an employee like Robert. Highly recommended!

A myst see Christmas drive through. The whole community out decorates each other. Pretty impressive. Plan to wait an hour or two in line to get in during busy times.

Thanks to Jackie the Assistant Store Manager at Homedepot I had a FIVE STAR ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience ✅ I walked into Store #280 in Naples, Florida completely out of my element. My husband sent me to pick up tools and supplies for a job, and I’ll be honest—I had no clue what I was looking for. I was wandering the aisles feeling overwhelmed and probably looked completely lost. That’s when Jackie, the ASM, stepped in—and truly changed everything. She didn’t just help… she took ownership of my entire situation. Jackie walked me through exactly what I needed, explained things in a way I could understand, and made sure I left with the right tools and total confidence. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me—not just making a sale. In today’s world, that level of customer service is rare. Jackie didn’t just meet expectations—she raised the bar. If leadership is paying attention, this is the kind of employee who defines your brand. And if you’re a customer, just know you’re in incredible hands if Jackie is there. Naples is lucky to have her. I walked in confused and walked out empowered—and that’s because of Jackie. Absolutely outstanding service 🥰
