I was having a massive flea problem . I tried several treatments without success. I spoke with the owner of The Exterminator Pest Control of Fort Myers and she assured me they would come in and work with me till the problem was resolved. That is just what they did. They arrived on time. Dressed in gear to do their job. Everything was done in a professional manner and they explained what to expect. I am so pleased to say my home is flea free. I will use them again if I ever have a need to. They are a family business and they make you feel that type of caring and kindness.

I just want to update the review and mention that I love them even more than 11 mo ago, which I didn't think possible. You'll never find another company who cares as much as they do. I can't say enough good things! I wish I could leave them two five star reviews ❤️ Absolutely the best pest control company I’ve ever used The team at The Exterminator is • Kind • Quick to respond • Compassionate • Knowledgeable • Efficient I’ve worked with several pest control companies over the years but none have come close to the level of service and care I’ve experienced here. Leigh Ann explained that their goal isn’t just to mask the problem but to eliminate it at the source so it doesn’t come back. That thoughtful approach really stood out, along with many other attributes. They go above and beyond by educating their customers. I’ve been able to take a photo of a bug, send it in a text, and get a helpful ID and explanation almost immediately. Every time they visit, they are thorough and take the time to explain exactly what’s going on and what to expect. They are incredibly reliable and always quick to get me on the schedule. Sarah has also been wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them!

One of my favorite businesses to work with because the owner and staff truly care about their customers. I just hired them for a second year and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to everyone else to consider working with them too. Here's an example why: I screwed up on scheduling my treatment (scheduled July date but thought I scheduled June date) and waited with no one showing up for the appointment. I panicked because I was about to leave on a trip and accused them of missing the appointment. BUT...it was me who screwed up! The owner answered my call and immediately jumped in her truck and came to my house within 30 minutes to provide the service herself. Amazing service! They also use high quality and effective chemicals. So you get great quality delivered by great people at a great price. I highly recommend The Exterminator, which is a local family-owned business. You won't be disappointed.

We have been working with this company for all of our pest control needs. I recommended them to my entire family and we are beyond pleased with their services. One price, all year and they come out quickly when there is a problem. In SWFL it is VITAL to have great pest control and these wonderful individuals fit the bill. While the entire staff is exceptional, Sarah is who we work with and she is phenomenal. I cannot recommend this business more.

Leigh Ann is honest and on top of any bug issues. Explained everything, walked us around and took the time that was needed with our issues. Highly recommend this company!
