Left me hanging, guess I’m not an important customer. Took the initial payment though. Was 5 stars now it’s 1, he saved my house 80% knockdown but won’t return because “he moved” or “I’m too far away now” (don’t care about the 50$ follow up I’m assuming) good chemicals, no consistency. Unfortunately.

I recently gave a call to the Bug Man (Dwayne) and he was extremely helpful and provided instructions on how to assist with my nightstand (powder post beetle) problem. The job was too small for him to work with, but nonetheless, he was gracious to provide next steps for me and which products to buy and DIY. All free of charge, thank you for the free insights sir! Dwayne with The Bug Man Inc has done work for me for years in SW Florida, I am a high volume real estate agent in Cape Coral, Dwayne has done all of my termite inspections for years and serviced many of the same homes with quarterly pest control services. I have never had any of my clients complain about him or the service he has done for them. Dwayne has always made it a point to be available for us when we call, and if you live in Florida you know that is not a common thing.
