We had a fantastic stay at The Boathouse Motel in Room 1! The room was clean, cute, and nicely updated, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of our favorite features was the private patio that connected directly to the pool area, it made relaxing and enjoying the property so convenient. Melanie was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel right at home. We would highly recommend The Boathouse Motel to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained place to stay with great customer service. We look forward to coming back!
We made this a stop on our boat voyage from Tampa to Key West. Found it on a google search for waterfront hotels in Marco. It certainly lived up to its name as The Boat House. The slip was perfect for our 32' boat, the pool was a welcome cool off after a full day of boating, and the room was absolutely amazing. It was clean, and comfy. We slept like babies and woke up to a good cup of coffee in the room. We also enjoyed being able to walk to the nearby Boardroom Tavern for a great meal. We liked it so much we stopped again on our return voyage 2 weeks later. We will be back!
My husband and I came over to stay for a few days with our dogs and our boat. Everything was great! The rooms were very clean and spacious… the a/c worked well and we loved the dishes, refrigerator and dining area. The docks and pool area was nice. The owner made a point to come over and introduce herself and ask if we needed anything. The location was quiet and we were within walking distance to a few restaurants. The docks were in a great location also… right by the inlet to Marco. I would definitely return!
Loved that is was on the bay and we got to see dolphins each night we were at the dock my husband and son fished and we enjoyed the nice clean pool. First time to Marco Island to meet up with family and we booked The Boathouse on a spur and we were pleasantly pleased with our room tho it was the smaller one without a kitchenette but we used our outside grill (bottom room) to grill dinner for us and our sons family on our last night there. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable we would recommend this place to others and if we return we will stay again. Thank you Boathouse for a very nice stay.
This place exceeded my expectations! You can see the thought that’s gone into this charmingly quaint hotel. Very clean, with modern updates, yet with old charm and character. Great beds, great sheets, very comfortable. Great towels. Coffee, dining table, outdoor patio. I would not hesitate to stay here again!
