I had a very good experience with this painting service for my home. The team was professional, punctual, and well-organized from start to finish. They carefully prepared all the walls, repaired small cracks, and ensured a smooth and even paint finish that greatly improved the look of my rooms. I was impressed with their attention to detail and how neatly they completed the job without leaving any mess behind. Everything was finished within the promised time, and the pricing was fair and transparent. Overall, a reliable and skilled painting service that I would definitely recommend.

We hired them to remove popcorn and texture the ceilings in a 2k square foot home. The work was not up to the standards displayed on their website. The texture is not uniform throughout the house. They said they would do the same texture that is on the walls but it appears to be a mixture of whatever they could blow up there, nothing uniform. There are some indentions where they may have scraped a chunk of the sheet off and did not fill it back in. The worst part is they left the house covered in texture splatter. See photos. Without our permission, they found some ten year old paint in a closet in the garage to touch up walls that had been spray painted when painting the ceiling. It did not match. These will need to be repainted. The room that didn't have texture is where they set there materials and mixed I suppose. I have had to scrub the grout and mop that room several times from texture splatter. In addition, the house was being remodeled and instead of taken down the AC vents and light fixtures, they were going to tape around them leaving popcorn underneath. We had to go over ourselves and take down all fixtures and vents or we would have been left with a huge problem. The workers were not experienced enough to handle this job, and they didn't have enough supervision to make sure it was done correctly and cleaned up. Update, 8 months later and still cleaning up and painting over incorrect paint at ceilings.

I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding work done on my home. The ceiling downstairs looks stunning, and the painter did an excellent job on the cabinets and walls. The team at That 1 Painter Austin worked quickly and communicated well throughout the project. However, some of my yard decorations, fence, and fixtures were unintentionally damaged during the process. I’d suggest they take extra care to protect surrounding areas and pay closer attention to detail. Overall, they were professional, and with a bit more caution, I believe their service could be excellent.
