My account apparently fell through the cracks. However, one phone call, and service done two days later. Yarder was my technician and did a fabulous job. Such a nice guy, hard worker and covered every inch of my property. No shortcuts.
Yader, a service tech, was just at my property for the first initial pesticide treatment of the lawn, bushes, and trees. He is very knowledgeable and walked the property with me showing me the signs of distress and what is causing it. He has recommended a plan of action. He was professional and sincere. Jeffrey and his crew at Terra Gardens has been caring for our property for several years now, and their attention to seasonal needs, and response to unexpected problems, has been exemplary. So pleased we switched from the Nationwide company. Things have never looked better.
I have not received an email with what services were done After this initial post I was contacted by Colin, the operations manager. We were able to determine why I had not received any reports or billings. They responded right away and were thorough in taking care of the problem.
