1 star Our experience with Tempco Pest Control has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional from start to finish. We have been getting the runaround for MONTHS regarding a termite treatment that still has not been completed, despite repeated appointments, disruptions to our schedule, and ongoing back-and-forth communication. When Tempco originally sold us on this treatment, we were told there could still be termite eggs that hatch over the coming season and that retreatments might be necessary. At no point during the sales process or initial treatment discussions were we told that completing this treatment could require destroying or removing part of our kitchen cabinetry. Had that been communicated honestly and clearly from the beginning, we would have chosen to tent the property instead. Chris had previously mentioned to my wife that a cabinet would need to be removed. That requirement was disputed at the time, and he was fully aware it was disputed before arriving for this latest appointment. Despite that, we were still told to prepare by pulling out the refrigerator, which we did. We rearranged schedules, canceled appointments, moved a heavy fridge, disrupted our kitchen, and blocked off another day waiting for them, only for Chris to arrive and effectively tell us the job still was not happening because the cabinet issue remained unresolved. What made the entire situation worse was the way the appointment itself was handled. When I answered the door, Chris was standing on my porch smoking a cigarette. The smell followed him into my home and now my house smells like cigarette smoke. Completely unacceptable when entering a customer’s home. The optics of the visit were terrible from the start. Chris never even turned his truck off, never brought tools to the door, and never gave the appearance that he arrived intending to actually perform work. It honestly felt like he showed up already expecting conflict instead of showing up prepared to provide service. Nobody ever asked anyone to “lie” about anything. The issue is the repeated miscommunication, shifting expectations, wasted time, and what feels like an ongoing effort to avoid responsibility while the customer bears all the inconvenience. At this point, after months of delays, confusion, and wasted time, I absolutely cannot recommend Tempco Pest Control based on our experience.

Tim at Tempco Pest Control has made our landscape turn heads of passers. We get people stopping by to tell us how beautiful our lawn, trees and shrubs are. We even get people texting photos to us! We get personalized care of everything. Tempco is the best company we have ever worked with and they are lucky to have Tim that treats our landscape with pride. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us!

I have had to call Tempco Pest Control two times and I have had great service. We had a raccoon both times and this time Kevin used a different method to safely get the raccoon to leave, rather then have to be trapped. Very glad. Kevin showed up everyday, did whatever needed to be done and left. Quick and thorough. Thank you Tempco, thank you Kevin.

I’ve known Gary with Tempco for almost 10 years now! Best in the business. What I like best about his service , not only does he show up on time, do the best job, has very reasonable pricing, but he treats your house like it’s his own house! You know he’s going in there, checking everything and taking care of the entire property as if it’s his own place. That’s all that I can ask from anybody working on my personal property. Highly recommend.
