So happy with the entire experience! Elizabeth was so helpful and took the time to show us all our options. We were only looking for a carpet remnant for a special project but they treated us so well. The warehouse rolled and packaged so it fit our vehicle. I highly recommend Taylor Carpet One. Everyone was professional and made you feel so welcome. Refreshing after our not so great experience at a competitor store.

I am extremely happy with the flooring that I had installed by Taylor Carpet One. My salesperson was very efficient in getting my order placed and scheduled. The installation crew was awesome. They arrived within the time I was told and they worked very diligently to get as much done on the first day. They were very good about moving the furniture (disassembling and reassembling) and they left our place spotless. I would give the installation crew an A+.

When I had questions she had answers. She kept me well informed. The crews that moved the furniture and took up the old carpet, floor prep and installation were great! We were so impressed with the whole process of installing our beautiful new luxury vinyl flooring. From choosing the vinyl product to picking the color that we fell in love with to the ordering process. Our whole experience was amazing. The cherry on top was the fantastic installation in our home. The 2 man crew were incredible. Installation went extremely smoothly. If an issue arose they very quickly had a solution. They helped us any time we needed in the Repositioning of our furniture.
