Sweetwater has been our pool maintenance company for several years. In late April they determined that we had a leak. After having a leak detection company search the pool, it was discovered that there are leaks in both drains and in the skimmer. These were the result of a slipshod repair done by our pervious company. Once the pool was drained I noticed several other places where there appeared to be water behind the gunnite. It was discovered that cracked tiles were responsible. So we needed to replace the tiles which were so old that that was impossible. So we selected new tiles. And the gunnite finish needed to be restored. I can not tell you how wonderful this company was to work with and in how much awe we were with the expertise and professionalism of the men who did the work. We ended up with “remodeled” pool that is more lovely than before and doesn’t leak! I recommend this company without reservation.

Ive had a filter since I moved into my home. I knew it was not the best. CHRIS came out and explained the pros and cons of why I should think about switching to a new filterhousing- cartridge you know what I mean. Chris then came out and installed it I couldn't be happier. He let me know he was there, he showed me everything he was doing. The icing on the cake was..... He taught me how to better take care of my equipment, and how much damage the sun actually does to my stuff. He is just a well of knowledge and I appreciate him, and the office staff who got mea quote, and on the schedule. Some places are like pulling teeth. Sweet water is as sweet, to be with as there name suggests.. Love this company, I love what they represent. Professionalism, intelligence, and a strong work ethnic keep it up guys. Thanks again so much

Sweetwater did an excellent job updating our pool. They were professional, neat, fast and courteous. We have a huge pool with hot tub and they finished in just one week. They continue to come to check the water condition like they said they would for a month. They even fixed a problem with a breaker when they noticed it was malfunctioning. I would recommend Ken and his team to anyone wanting to get their pool resurfaced. We had 6 quotes, and Sweetwater was the best by far.

I had a light go out in my pool, Chris and Jacob both got me squared away in an efficient manner. Fast, inexpensive and reliable. By far one of the cheapest but most impressive companies I've ever had the pleasure to do business with. Chris even came back and replaced a bubbler cap that was in desperate need of being relocked down. The white plate just wouldnt stay anymore. I am truly happy about there service when we move. I am going to make sure the new owners come to you guys as well. Thanks for being awesome

We moved to Bonita Springs in 2025, and the home we purchased had a 20-year-old pool that needed some serious attention. We hired Sweetwater Pool Service to resurface the pool with Diamond Brite – Blue Quartz, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve made. The team showed up on time, did excellent work, and charged a very fair and realistic price. Because of the quality of their work, we also hired them for weekly pool service, and we couldn’t be happier.
