We are so relieved that we finally found Sunshine Sentry Homewatch for our house in Estero. Gina is wonderful to work with. She clearly understood right from the beginning what we were looking for and offered us a fair price. Most important to us was finding someone who was reliable. When we're gone for six months we have to know someone reliable, observant, and intelligent is looking after our place, especially when we could be dealing with another Ian. She is ALWAYS on schedule with her visits and does a few extra things our place requires. We especially appreciate how when we asked her take lots of pictures of the yard to send us, she includes the clusias and jasmine we planted a couple of months before we left in her reports. It's so reassuring to know our home which we worked so hard to restore after Ian is being so well looked after.
