I have used Sunshine 2xs now for my son's birthday party and every time we have had an amazing experience! The owner's show up on time and setup quickly! The bounce houses are in great condition and well taken care of!
Our experience was amazing, we rented the Tropical Combo and it was perfect for the group age that we had. The kids had a blast! The equipment was extremely clean, pricing was reasonable, customer service was impeccable. There was never a time before the party or during the party that I was not able to get in touch with them. Even the day of the party I text and requested to keep the bounce house an extra hour and a half and they replied immediately with a yes! I highly recommend Sunshine bounce houses to anyone.
Wonderful experience, they will be our go to for rentals in the future. Great communication and the kids absolutely loved the bounce house! Arrived right on time and called to confirm when they were on their way. I was on vacation with limited resources when I booked and was able to get everything done electronically. We will definitely rent from Sunshine Bounce Houses again!
Using Sunshine Bounce Houses was a great experience. Very friendly and accommodating. We used the Tropical combo bounce house and double slide. Perfect size for 7-9 year olds. I will use them anytime I need another bounce house and will recommend them to anyone looking to rent one!!
My wife booked a bouncy about a week and a half ago. She was told to send a $150 deposit which she did for a bounce house to be delivered today the 16th for my granddaughters birthday at 1pm. At 1 pm my wife was on the phone getting yelled at by an employee that she needed to send $100 for the bounce to be delivered! These rude pathetic individuals continued to yell and cuss at me and my wife because they failed to deliver and then said we were canceling the bounce and would be charged the deposit! Crooks! Bad business. Next stop Better Business Bureau!!!! 5:24 pm no bounce no refund!God takes care of me. I feel sorry for you!
