I have been a customer for a few years now. They have great products to keep you comfortable year round in the Florida weather here. Also the maintenance plans they offer are very affordable and offer quite a bit for each plan tier. With that being said we had one of their techs come out today to do preventative maintenance on our unit. His name was Jeff Francios and he was exceptional. He called and gave me an ETA and was on time. When he got to our home he was professional and courteous. He was very engaging with me and my wife. I showed Jeff the air handler inside the house and he quickly got to work. Jeff explained what he would be doing and was very thorough with the job he performed. Definitely one of the many reasons I highly recommend Sunset Air. Awesome employees and great products.

Just started with Sunset. Previous company I worked with sold to Sunset. My two interactions with sunset have been outstanding. Very responsive to my schedule and needs. 1/2 year maintenance set up quickly as we are heading north, They found a problem and were able again to fit me into the schedule so I could leave on time. Work done quickly and very effectively. All folks I had to work with from scheduling to workman were polite, considerate and highly effective. my total cost, for 1/2 year and repair were very fair. Very satisfied,

I just had my six month check up for my AC and heating system and I’m happy to report. It was the most enjoyable experience. The gentleman arrived 15 minutes after he had called me letting me know he was on his way. He was pleasant, efficient and left my home clean and tidy. Sunset Air does not push products or anything on you, they do a great job and are very efficient and honest with you. I would recommend them to anyone, and in fact, I haven’t recommended them to many Two thumbs up guys👍👍

I called for a second opinion after another company recommended that I replace my AC after routine maintenance indicating unit “not safe and could cause fire” . Tyler able to be at my home same day , inspected my AC and eased my mind regarding true functioning of the unit. He was able to take photos and videos to explain that my unit was still safe and also that it still needed thorough cleaning even though other company had claimed to have done it. He actually did the maintenance same day as well and I got my $49.99 back from other company !! Thank you so much Tyler! He was very professional and caring

I can’t say enough good things about Coda from Sunset Air & Home Services. Our Lennox unit has been nothing but trouble, and when our inside coils needed to be replaced, Coda went above and beyond to get us taken care of. Not only did he expertly replace the coils, but he also drove over 100 miles to make sure the job was completed correctly. His professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to customer service were outstanding from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything, answered all of our questions, and made sure the system was running properly before leaving. It’s rare to find a technician who genuinely cares about doing the job right and taking care of the customer. If you need HVAC service, I highly recommend Sunset Air & Home Services and especially Coda. He turned a frustrating situation with our Lennox unit into a great service experience. Thank you, Coda!
