Definitely 5 stars! Excellent pool pump repair done today by Seth, who really went above and beyond. He quickly found and fixed the electrical issue and was thorough from start to finish. He got the pump running again, primed the system, checked the pool water after the downtime, added the needed chemicals, and clearly labeled the valves and breaker box for easier pool care going forward. He also made sure everything was circulating properly and explained what was done in simple terms. Much more than I expected. Truly great pool service and a huge help in keeping the pool clean, balanced, and ready to enjoy.

we had an in-ground pool designed, installed, and then cared for by Sunny Blue Pros Pool Cleaners in Fort Myers. from the first consultation through the pool setup and follow-up pool cleaning service, everything moved along close to the timeline we were told. each step felt organized, and the handoff from planning to startup to regular maintenance was smooth. kyle, the designer, and randall, the project manager, were quick to answer questions and help with any concerns. customer service was excellent, and the overall workmanship looked very good. after more time using the pool in the hot florida weather, we also appreciated the continued pool cleaning, water balancing, and monitoring. one small issue came up with a few coping tiles needing attention, but it was handled professionally and did not take away from the overall positive experience. the pool has been easy to enjoy, the water has stayed clear, and the service has been reliable. definitely recommend for pool cleaning, maintenance, and related pool care services.

There is so much to say about this pool service team, and it is hard to put into words. They make you feel like family right away. Thomas is very responsive and always quick to help with any pool questions or concerns. We have a weekly pool service visit with Julian, and he is excellent. He is careful, thorough, and always pays close attention to the pool and equipment. We recently had a pool heater installed, and the whole process moved very quickly. Even with a delivery delay, Thomas stayed in constant communication and kept us updated every step of the way. To make sure the pool heater installation stayed on schedule, Thomas personally helped move things along so the job could be completed as promised. Malachi handled the installation efficiently and explained how the new heater works in a simple way that was easy to understand. We are truly grateful for the level of care, communication, and professionalism this pool company provides. From weekly pool maintenance to equipment upgrades, they have been dependable, helpful, and easy to work with. We could not be happier with the service and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable pool care.
