I stayed in The Nellie unit (lower level) of the Santini property, February 2026 with friends I’ve known for over 40 years! The property was very clean and well appointed. It was amazing to have three bedrooms and three bathrooms! Beds were comfy and bath towels were luxurious. There was a large kitchen/dining area with everything we needed and a nice living space to relax together and watch movies at night. The unit walks right out to a beautiful covered deck, wonderful nice-sized heated salt water pool, ample seating/dining, two gas grills, and a great location on a canal. We could even see fish in the canal! It was just a short walk to the beautiful white sand beach. A wagon, chairs, umbrellas, towels and a few sand toys were all provided to bring to the beach. It was a great stay, I would highly recommend this property, and hope to return in the future.

Amazing sunset views! Property has everything you need...comfy and ...well equipped and close to Publix ! The rental company was very easy to work with! The area is going under major reconstruction so there is always something going on but that did not interfere with our vacation! We enjoy our stay so much and cannot wait to stay again!

Paradise Palms: This is a beautiful, comfortable home in an excellent location—just a short five-minute walk to the beach. We had a wonderful stay and especially appreciated the spacious layout and the beach equipment available for guests, including chairs, floats, toys, and a wagon. One thing future guests should know is to carefully review the list of provided supplies before arrival. The starter items are very limited, so bringing a few essentials can save you an extra trip to the store and some unexpected expenses. Items such as trash bags, dishwasher detergent, kitchen sponge/sink cloth, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and laundry detergent may be needed depending on the length of your stay. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and found the home to be a great place to stay near the beach. Sun Palace: I sent them this information and more about Paradise Palms but didn't receive a response & they didn't post it under the house reviews on their website.

We had a fantastic stay with our adult family at the Black Pearl! The house was beautifully appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Inside, each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, which made it perfect for both comfort and privacy. The open-concept living and kitchen area was spacious and inviting, with a large dining table that comfortably fit our entire family. The master suite was especially impressive—truly a retreat in itself. Outside, we enjoyed multiple gathering areas, including several balconies and a well-maintained pool and hot tub. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach and close to local shops and restaurants. We brought our own beach tent and blankets, which turned out to be a great decision since the rental options at the beach were on the pricey side. The house did have several beach items available, though most of the loungers were broken and not usable. It might be helpful for the cleaning crew or Sun Palace team to check and replace those as needed. Overall, the Sun Palace team was great to work with and the Black Pearl was a wonderful place to stay. We would absolutely return on our next visit to the area!

Friends and I had absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful beach rental at Coral Cove! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how thoughtfully and tastefully the entire property has been remodeled. Everything feels brand new, fresh, and impeccably maintained. The décor is stunning—modern, stylish, and welcoming, with every detail carefully chosen to create a relaxing coastal vibe. It truly felt like staying in a luxury boutique hotel, but with all the comforts of home. The pool area was so tastefully appointed, and very relaxing. The amenities were top-notch and exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, the furnishings were comfortable and high quality, and every space was designed with convenience and comfort in mind. It was clear that the owners put a great deal of thought into creating an exceptional guest experience. The owners themselves deserve a 5-star rating! The location was ideal for enjoying the beach and surrounding area, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. Perfectly peaceful, yet accessible to downtown Ft Myers, by foot, golf buggy or car. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would return in a heartbeat. If you’re looking for a beautifully renovated beach rental with upscale amenities and incredible attention to detail, this is the one. Highly, highly recommend!
