I ordered 5 gallons of product and when they came in, there was two separate containers each with directions, but none of them saying that the directions were incomplete. We followed all the steps and it was very inaccurate. They were not labeled part a part B to indicate that there was different steps and it was $2000 wasted. I definitely think they could've had clear instructions that directed you to the website if they weren't completely on the steps that they put on the cans, the most upsetting part was that I tried to communicate with the sales representative and ignored my emails.
We walked in looking for interior hardware and were immediately impressed. Josh was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in guiding us through the options. The products are high quality, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Highly recommend!
Sun Mountain has an array of handcrafted American artistry on display, all in the form of breathtaking doors. Josh was incredibly knowledgeable on the construction, styles, wood species, and stain colors. He worked patiently with me while I designed my own custom doors. His communication has been superb and my estimates have been obtained with ease. We've even had to modify them a few times but his response was always very courteous and timely. I am still in the planning and budgeting stages but these custom natural walnut doors will be adorning my new home soon and I cannot wait!
Had a great experience with Sun Mountain Doors! As an interior designer, I was helping a client in a condo building replace her double front door. We needed to match existing fire codes within building, but still wanted a decorative style. They were one of (if not the only) vendor we were able to find locally to help us with that. The result is beautiful and they were very helpful throughout the process and made it easy. Will definitely use again in the future!
In the early stages of remodeling a home and made a quick stop at Sun Mountain Custom Doors. The showroom is remarkable with many beautiful custom doors on display. Josh the sales rep was extremely knowledgable and showed me the different finishes, hardware and other options available. I will definitely be back as soon as I am ready for my front door :)
