New Business owner here, looking to learn more about different types of materials to offer different varieties of pavers to my customers. Stone Mart in Ft Myers by far had the best customer service experience compare to multiple other local places I previous stopped by to learn about what materials they also sold and compare prices. Adrian was the sales person whom attended us, walked us through their showroom and went over materials and pricing. Very professional, friendly and took his time to give us all the information we were actually looking for. We will definitely look forward doing business with Adrian at Stone Mart in the near future and know that our customers will also have an amazing experience when we send them there in person to look at materials prior to finalizing our sells.

Poor customer service, store manager " Joshua " is not interested in a solution at all. We bought and paid for " Premium Hand-selected ". Several times various damages were criticized, the company that laid the paving stones, as well as various designers, confirmed to us that the delivered goods are not "premium hand-selected". We will take a lawyer and go to court " Claim referral quality ".
