⚠️ Please be aware before hiring this company I had a very disappointing experience with Statewide Window and Doors. From the beginning, the company overpromised and underdelivered. The salesperson assured me of top-quality service and a clean, professional installation. Unfortunately, the reality was the complete opposite. During installation, the crew was careless and unprofessional. While removing the old windows, they broke multiple panes, leaving shattered glass all over the floors throughout the house. The cleanup was extremely poor, and the entire home was left covered in dust and debris. To make matters worse, the project remains unfinished. The representative who was initially handling my job is no longer with the company, and since then, no one has followed up or taken responsibility. I’ve made attempts to get the job completed, but communication has been nonexistent. Considering the very high prices they charge, this level of service is completely unacceptable. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want reliable service, quality workmanship, and accountability.

When I tell you being in FL I know a thing or 2 about needing my windows fixed. This was the best experience I've ever had. Work done on time, for a good price, and some of the best guys worked on my project. Highly recommend.

If you can avoid this company, do it! Statewide, in Sept 2025, over promised and significantly under delivered. The salesperson promised things would be great and handled well. Since then, we have been promised he would reach out and call and has not. - Prior to install, we paid our down payment, were communicating with someone to get the install scheduled and were never hearing back. After two months we were told by the sales rep, that the person was no longer there. Would have been great to know. - Prior to install, we added one more window, which we were told they could not find the order, and as of October 1, have no update on it and is not scheduled. The day of install, after we paid an additional amount, is when more problems with this company became apparent: - Windows were not installed with child locks, and therefore failed inspection. Been trying to reach company since and was even told by the company they are not required, but city inspector said otherwise. Was told they were coming today (Oct 1) but have no time scheduled as of now from the company. - The installers left broken glass shards throughout our front yard, and we have been cleaning it since. - The installers put in the wrong caulk color on one window, when all the rest they installed were the same color. And also did not complete the caulk on others. - They promised to take out the stucco-in screws from the previous non-impact windows meant for hurricane shutters, and left them instead, and told us that is better that way. - In addition, they did not finish the stucco correctly. Ours is textured and they finished it smooth and left gaping cracks everywhere- hack job. - They damaged the soffit in the front of our home above one window. - They broke off the stair nose on the top stair of the staircase inside our home. - They left metal pieces, stucco pieces, and garbage on top of the lanai screen, and have stained the screen in areas, and did not clean off the rear soffit where installed. - They broke a marble ledge on one window and tried to fix it by putting in mud that did not match…hack job! - They also told us we were responsible for painting, but they did not match wall texture and went smooth on the inside just like they did on the outside. Since the install (Sept 9th), the senior project manager visited our home (on Sept 10) and noticed the same things we did. He sent us a punch list of these items to be fixed, and we signed it. He then said a scheduler would reach out to fix it. We reached out to the project manager, and as of Sept 30, is no longer working there. We have emailed and still have nothing scheduled to fix the punch list. Statewide said they will send someone to fix the child locks to pass inspection, and even that has not happened when promised. The prices on these windows were great. Some of the people we have worked with are great people, but two of them are no longer with the company, and there has been little to no communication. Hoping and praying for resolution.

I am very happy that I chose this company for my windows. They did a fantastic job, leaving me very clean up i.e. paint around windows. Julian has been fantastic and has answered any questions I have had. The county requires them to leave certain things a certain way for inspections, and after inspection, they came back to complete the trim work around the door and windows. I would absolutely do business with them again. Thank you to Julian and Statewide Windows. Very professional.

I had a great experience with Statewide Windows and Doors. The installation was done professionally, and I absolutely love my new windows! Julian, my project manager, was amazing and very knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. I strongly recommend this company! Great great job!
