Watch out this company is unethical! I don’t normally write reviews but in this case I felt it needed- Watch out- company said we needed new pool filter cover and the replacement pintair cover was $640.00 or that we should actually replace the entire filter housing for $1400.00. The replacement filter can be purchased on Amazon for $68.00 and the entire pintair filter housing runs $600 to 800.00. Additionally the company took all the labels off our existing housing thinking we would not know what was needed. When I called them to confirm the price they said their price was correct- when I asked them why the big difference in price when I could buy on Amazon they said that was their price and it was my prerogative to buy from Amazon. Needless to say they are no longer cleaning our pool - I fired them on the spot. Better off anyway the people who come out to clean the pool act like they can’t speak English and have to use phone to translate. The person who wrote me the email on needing service and that I talked to on phone about part certainly didn’t have an issue writing or speaking English!

Really happy with the pool cleaning service! The team was punctual, thorough, and left the pool sparkling clean. You can tell they actually care about the job. Will definitely be using them again — highly recommend!

I bought my house in May and was using this company because the previous owner did. They typically have done an amazing job and the techs come on time, but on 12/23 I could not figure out how to get the heater on because I’ve never used it since I just bought this house. The tech came out and told me I needed to turn some handles on the PVC pipes and that’s where I thought it was done. Then I get a bill for $408 saying that I needed a new sensor and that it was replaced. The tech never showed me the old sensor and never said he was going to replace it or the cost. He just did it on his own. When I contacted them, I got nothing but harassment and condescending comments that I was lucky they came out. This is completely unacceptable business behavior.

These guys are great. NOT. They got me to green water twice. With a weekly service they came once every two weeks. While trying to work with them all I got was trash talk. Would not recommend them or use them.

Sparkling pools is the best pool cleaning company around! They are priced fair, honest and most importantly, they do a thorough job. You can trust them to take care of your pool while you are up north because they don’t just come by and check it and leave. They clean it just the same whether you are home or not. This is such a relief! Also, I am a firm believer in supporting our local small businesses. This is a family business, not some big company. They take pride in their business and have integrity. I’m very happy to have found Sparkling Pools!
