Five star service all the way around. From securing reservation prior to arrival to perfect positioning of our daily beach set-up. So nice to walk down and have everything there waiting on us. Great communication , fair pricing and we were easily able to pay via Venmo. Highly recommend Tony at Southwinds.

Southwinds is great beach chair company, friendly staff and very professional. My family and I had a wonderful time using them on our last trip to 30a. Make sure to ask about their beachside lunch pick up and drop off service!

Lazy and definitely don’t go above and beyond. Not worth the money. They set up carelessly and only if you ask. They gave me wrong info about checking in at our condo’s desk area in order to get set up. They snap up your chairs as quickly as possible well before 5 pm so that they can be done for the day. They never offered once to help us get more shade with our Umbrella while they sat there under perfect shade scrolling their phones beside a sign asking for tips via venmo. Ummmm….no. Lol. They also didn’t do a good job getting the umbrellas in the sand well, and on a very mild day with a light breeze umbrellas were blowing over. I’ve spent countless summers and falls at the beach and these guys aren’t good. Don’t pay extra for this service. You’re way better off bringing your own umbrella, canopy, Or cabana.

Not sure why they are allowed to put chairs completely across the front and not leave any room for anyone else to walk to the water. They can at least leave some room for the people that bring their own chairs and umbrellas.

Amazing service! Would never get my beach chairs anywhere. The owner is wonderful!
