Karen is my contact at Southwest pest management and she is not only professional but very kind, courteous and detailed! The overall service provided is excellent. We had another pest management company in the past that did quite a poor job but Southwest pest management has exceeded our expectations! Kevin has done the servicing and is also a big part of the whole picture of our satisfaction.
Karen and her husband are fantastic. We were brand new to the area and She took care of us. Set up service right away. No contracts. Shopped around and they were the best priced. Takes care of quarterly bug control and monthly mosquitoes. Had one issue in the beginning and they were back the next day to spray. Have not had an issue since. Highly Recommended.
