Smart Pool's cleaning service has been a huge letdown in their inaugural month of business. Despite repeated complaints and pleas for improvement, the pool remains in a neglected state, accumulating debris and appearing murky. The cleaning crew's disregard for their duties has been disheartening, rendering their service subpar and unreliable. I would caution anyone in need of thorough pool cleaning to steer clear of Smart Pool. The owner/manager's lack of concern is evident. Despite my efforts to contact him regarding damage caused by the technician, he has not shown any interest in addressing the issue. Upon requesting service termination, I received a dismissive "OK." The level of customer service is disgraceful. It might be more worthwhile to handle pool cleaning tasks yourself. To monitor the situation, I set up a camera in the pool deck area, revealing that the technician only spends a brief moment scrubbing the tiles before quickly moving on.
Wonderful, responsive service by Johnny Pino and the team at Smart Pools. We had hurricane damage to our pool enclosure screens and Johnny and team fixed asap. They also do excellent work maintaining our pool and equipment. Excellent and responsive service team we highly recommend them to our Naples neighbors.
We've used Smartpools for over 5 years and they've always performed great service. When there have been equipment issues, Smartpools has been very responsive.
