When we started looking for roofing contractors to replace our 20 year old shingle roof we were worried because of all the news stories about bad contractors but from the moment we met Rafael we knew we were in good hands. We got many bids, but Silva Roofing was the one we went with since they seemed very honest and straight forward. We couldn't be happier with the time to complete; the job was finished in about a week in June 2019. This crew did an outstanding job replacing our roof and I would not hesitate to give them my highest recommendation. Thanks Silva Roofing and team for an outstanding experience!

Silva Roofing stepped up to the plate and was quick, efficient, extremely accommodating and professional. I had a tarp on my roof for a long time as my ex-husband was trying to do the job himself. The roof leaked and caused much damage and Silva came to the rescue and completed the job rapidly and the crew was very nice. I would highly recommend them. They worked with me to give me exactly what I needed and made sure the work met code even though they didn't start the job. They fixed all the issues and my roof is perfect and gorgeous. Their estimate was fair and I incurred no additional fees. They kept me informed via texts and sent me tons of pictures of the progress and final. Super impressed with this local, family business. They even went out of their way to fit me into their schedule asap.

Rafael and his team did an exceptional job for us. His responses were always very quick and he communicated with us every step of the way. We had our entire roof replaced and his team showed up ready to work. The whole job took a total of 3 days to complete, many other homes in my neighborhood are also getting new roofs and I see them take much longer. They made this a very easy process and I would recommend them highly! Very polite and professional!

Silva Roofing was recommended by our one of our mortgage loan representative who was handling our refi. Last year a realtor told me I needed a new roof because our roof looked bad and thought we may have leaks after stopping by on a rainy day. The color of our roof was brown so when it was wet it looked darker brown and there were nail pops everywhere after several hurricanes since we purchased the home in 2017. I disagreed with the realtor and asked Silva Roofing to inspect. The crew from Silva Roofing were all dressed professional during consultation, inspection, and repair. They were very professional and honest; and even charged half of their initial quoted pricing at the end of the job, especially after final inspection where they did not find leaks and a bad roof. They fixed the nail pops and made our roof looked new. It has been several months and the roof still look good. I highly recommend this company. I know I will choose them again when it is time to get new roofing. Thank you Silva Roofing and keep up the great work!

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Silva Roofing, based on my recent experience with this family business. My house suffered a roof leak last year after some particularly bad weather. I had a number of contractors look at it to determine the source of the leak and how to repair it. Most of the people who showed up were only interested in replacing the entire roof without any repair options and the pricing of repair options was ridiculous. I called Silva Roofing, after seeing their sign on a nearby job. Rafael, the owner, showed up, along with his assistant, and proceeded to examine both the exterior and interior roof. They were the only ones to pinpoint and show me where the leak originated and suggested how to mitigate pending a total roof replacement, which I had decided to do in any event. Their pricing was reasonable. They started the job at the time promised and cleaned up debris at the end of each day. I was sent pictures of the job as it progressed including where they had to replace damaged plywood. Overall, a professional operation and a pleasant group of people to do business with.
