Wonderful experience with this company while renting a beach wagon and 8' umbrella. Very reasonable rates, easy pick up and drop off on FMB and WONFERFUL customer service. We were delayed in returning our equipment because of family travel complications and we did inform the rep. He was very obliging and said no problem and no extra charge. We would MOST DEFINITLY recommend and use their services again. Great quality, clean items also. Thanks!
A wonderful thing for visitors to the area who can't bring chairs and umbrellas on a plane. They were very easy to rent from and the owner was very helpful with our accommodations for pickup and drop off. The prices can't be beat! Will definitely rent from them again!
If I could leave a zero, I would. Made and online rental reservation for beach chairs to be delivered on Monday morning. I received a confirmation email, but never received the chairs. Tried emailing AND calling to inquire where the chairs were and NO ONE returned the messages.
We loved using Shaded Rentals for our group of 14! Michael was easy to get a hold of & explained the whole process. He was very accommodating. We would not have been able to enjoy the beach otherwise without 2 tents, multiple chairs, umbrella, etc. Thanks for helping us have an enjoyable week!
I want to paint a picture. My 16 year old is terminally ill. He has been declining over the years. He recently asked to see the "ocean." His dad and I were happy to oblige. In our hearts we feel like this is one of the last trips to the seaside. So in an effort to please our boy, I researched a vendor that would have beach wheelchairs. I found Shaded Beach Chairs. The entire process was seamless. I was able to communicate several times with the vendor. He was transparent, professional, and very accommodating. The wheelchair and beach chairs/umbrella were super clean, brightly colored, and it tied our beach day nicely. Most importantly, seeing my son smile, giggle, and collect seashells without having his illness be an obstacle was beautiful to experience. Why shouldn't people like him enjoy the calming sounds of the waves, the songs from seabirds, the salt in the air? For this I am grateful to have found a vendor that didn't realize what an impact they made on our lives. Thank you for a golden day.
