This company is AMAZING!! They came out right away when we had an emergency on the 4th of July late at night with flooding in my kitchen, utility room and parts of our living room. Project Manager George was so helpful and personable. He had his guys come out immediately. Robert and Jesus were so nice and did an amazing job cleaning up and checking every couple of days for damages. They also checked their equipment. The General manager Devin and George were great and worked with us. I cannot say enough on how grateful I am for this company. Their customer service is outstanding and I will recommend this company to family and friends. Thanks so much for taking care of us in our time of need. I greatly appreciate all your hard work!!!!!
Today, our church had the privilege of welcoming part of the SERVPRO Cape Coral and Naples team, representing their manager, Devin, as they delivered a generous donation of personal hygiene products for the families affected by the earthquake in La Guaira, Venezuela. [THIS REVIEW ISNT ABOUT THEIR BUSINESS BUT AN EMPLOYEE] Whoever was driving this van across highway 60 from Lake Wales to Bartow then turned onto 98 heading towards Lakeland (we were going the same way) he is a LIABILITY to not only the business but other drivers. This guy almost rear ended me and side swiped me while driving “straight”. He was on his phone and kept driving into my lane! The second time when I honked at him, he took it upon himself to speed past me and the other cars in front of me almost causing a collision. There was two guys in the van, but the driver is the only problem. Plate number possibly QW3Z07. This happened on January 20,2026 around 2:00pm-2:40pm
