I can't say enough about the job that Tim Kelly at ServPro did to arrange the repair of water damage in our home. Luis and co-worker were fantastic! Arrived when he said he would, polite, courteous, and did all that we needed. They we neat and clean and left our house in order. Also appreciated how quickly the project was completed. Loved that they helped us move the furniture back in the room. If I could give more stars I would. Would highly recommend this company! Thanks
Servpro was very prompt to service and remove all water damaged material. They did a wonderful job for us!
I must say that we had a great experience with ServPro. We had some indoor flooding... little did I know that I could have contacted them with the emergency in the middle of the night even! They were very responsive, as quick as possible and vigilant of all the stages. They were professional, kind, communicative and easy to work with. We went on, after the flood damage was repaired, to hire them to replace the flooring and also paint and replace some of the cabinetry... all stages were handled very well. I would highly recommend them not just for emergency/damage work but as contractors as well.
Very responsive to calls and questions. They were professional and all the workers from Jen , John. , Carlos and team were a pleasure to work with. A great job!
We had a water leak disaster at our condo. There were service people onsite in less than two hours. The clean up required several days and different services and all were done promptly and extremely well as was documentation and follow-up with our insurance company. I would not hesitate to call them again.
