Great experience. They came and provided air conditioning system replacement options and checked out my existing system. Within a day of selecting a system and pricing they were out installing. Install was neatly done and they cleaned up well. One of the installers went over the system and some particulars. Very polite. I’d recommend these folks for sure.

I’m fairly knowledgeable and very picky about attention to details. CJ Allen and the team at Service Professionals of Florida know their trade and are very knowledgeable. We had them work on a new HVAC install as well as modification of a previous install done by another local HVAC company that was done incorrectly. First contact with CJ and Service Professionals of Florida was on a Friday, met with him the same day and the complete job was finished by the following Wednesday. They did an outstanding job - significant attention to detail and high-quality work as well as professionalism - highly recommend.

I hired Service Professionals of Florida to solve an HVAC problem prior to selling my home. Chuck and his staff were on the ball every step of the way. Amazingly professional, they also were cost-conscious about their services - not doing unnecessary work. I have another home in the area that I now live. I'm switching HVAC services immediately. You can tell they are family-owned and that they give a hoot about service.

We bought our Mariner condo in 2020 and decided to rehab the whole condo. Jeff Johnson was our contractor and he introduced and recommended us to Service Professionals of Florida who did all the HVAC work inside our condo for him.We talked about a smart thermostat and CJ recommended the ECOBEE. He came over to condo and helped program the thermostat and to our phones which we appreciated. The ECO makes monitoring the unit from Massachusetts so simple. In 2023 with the storm surge from the hurricane many units lost their outside condensers.We had condo association outside bids, but SPFs recommendations and pricing, plus knowing their quality of work made it an easy choice. Chuck recommended we go with a Trane condenser and air handler for both price and quality. We have a service contract with SPF and their technician, Adam gave me a call to appraise me of a few issues. I was very happy the way he took the time to explain what was happening and his recommendation to fix the issue. Also, any time I have questions and I call the office, both Casey and Abby are their to answer any concerns. More than happy to give this family business...5 STARS... Tks.Bill

We arrived at our condo on Saturday morning and found our AC wasn’t cooling the unit. We contact Service Professionals with our fingers crossed, hoping someone would be available to help us. Chuck Allen, the principal, answered and walked us through some basic diagnostics and determined that we needed someone to come. Though he was committed to sending one of his technicians, we were unable to find someone in our maintenance staff to give access to the roof. Chuck made numerous calls to our management company, unfortunately with no satisfaction. Knowing we were without AC, Chuck prioritized our issue and dispatched an extremely competent technician, Patrick, to our condo first thing Monday morning. It was determined that we needed a replacement of our entire system. Unbelievably, it was ordered and installed by close of business the next day which was Tuesday. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the quality and the expediency of the work performed. A great group of talented professionals who couldn’t have done a better job. If you have an AC emergency or even just need service, you would be hard pressed to find a more honest, responsive company to serve your needs. Highly, highly recommend!!
